I named myself The Crafting Professor, since I'm a crafter, and I'm a college professor. I went through many, many years of graduate school, and the best source of relaxation and stress relief was being in my craft room or going to a local crop. Back then, I never told anyone that I was a full-time graduate student. I was waiting for the day I would scrapbook my graduation page. Simply Betty Challenge!!!

My New Year's Crafting resolution is all about coloring! 
I want to be able to apply for certification in coloring through Spectrum Noir and Copics by next year. 

You, my crafting friends, are keeping me honest and on track. 
But now, I have added a new element to my challenge. 
I am a HUGE fan of Simply Betty Stamps. The new element to my challenge is to color EVERY image in the Simply Betty Stamp library! That's right. You read that correctly. 

To help me do that, Betty, from Simply Betty, sold me a bundle of ALL of the stamps in the store AND all of the forthcoming 2015 stamps for a single price. A really good price. 

Now, that it is officially my personal challenge, I'd like to share with you the first few products because you are going to WANT all of the images. 


Number 1
This gorgeous Betty was super fun to color. My favorite part was coloring her hair blue!! Get the image HERE.

Franken-Make Up Rio
While I have not put this onto a card yet, I had a blast learning to color in black and white. Here's a tip. This image comes with a FREE tutorial that is super fun and easy to follow. The tutorial uses Copics. Get the image HERE.

Egyptian Betty
When I saw that Betty had a series of images from around the world, I was so excited. How much fun will it be to experiment with new and different color combinations and techniques. This is the first image that I experimented with two-toned hair. Get the image HERE.

The Mortician's Wife
I was so excited about the two-toned hair, that I colored this image next. When you buy The Mortician's Wife, you get a FREE tutorial showing you how to create the two-toned look. It's very easy to follow, and I loved the result. She's not on a project yet, but she will be soon. Get the image HERE.
