I named myself The Crafting Professor, since I'm a crafter, and I'm a college professor. I went through many, many years of graduate school, and the best source of relaxation and stress relief was being in my craft room or going to a local crop. Back then, I never told anyone that I was a full-time graduate student. I was waiting for the day I would scrapbook my graduation page. Watch Your Toes

For my project this week, I had a lot of fun with their Beach Crabs cutting file. This is such a fun set for summer with three goofy crabs. 


I decided to use the Beach Crab with the sunglasses. I think he's a little mischievous, and he wants to nip your toes. I used a soft yellow dotted designer paper from The Lemon Floral stack by DCWV. I smeared glitter glue all along the bottom of his crab legs and the into the sides of the paper to create the feeling of sand. The flip flops are actually ceramic, and I can't remember where I found them. The stamp was a gem of a find for this particular card and is from Docerela Stamps, Summertime Set, and the sand pebbles are Skittles in the color Pebble Glitter.
