I named myself The Crafting Professor, since I'm a crafter, and I'm a college professor. I went through many, many years of graduate school, and the best source of relaxation and stress relief was being in my craft room or going to a local crop. Back then, I never told anyone that I was a full-time graduate student. I was waiting for the day I would scrapbook my graduation page. Now, I run the ScrapbookerPhD challenge blog (http://scrapbookerphd.blogspot.com), and am bringing my passion for crafting and teaching together. But here, at The Crafting Professor, I'm just sharing my work with like-minded crafters from all over the world.

Challenge #13: Go Digital +Optional Animal

Create a new paper craft project that showcases your digital crafting skills
and try to use an animal.

Codes: M, 3E, C10
Challenge ends August 10th

Sponsor:
I am so excited to announce that The Paper Shelter is our sponsor this week.

The Paper Shelter has so many digital elements to share, and so many of their files have free extras. You can't beat that.

To claim your prize, email scrapbookerphd@gmail.com.

For my project, I used The Paper Shelter's Digital Stamp File, Love Bubbles. I just love these adorable fish. I imagine that they are just falling in love, and that's why the one fish is so bashful and surprised by her suitor's kiss. I cut the image out using my Spellbinder's machine using the Decorative Labels 1 set. I stamped the sentiment using the Cardz TV set Hugs & Kisses with Close to My Heart's ink, Lagoon. Finally, the paper and bubbles are both from Recollections.

If you haven't already, you should check out The Paper Shelter'. They have some fantastic digital elements from paper to stamps, and they provide lots of support (and extras!)
