I named myself The Crafting Professor, since I'm a crafter, and I'm a college professor. I went through many, many years of graduate school, and the best source of relaxation and stress relief was being in my craft room or going to a local crop. Back then, I never told anyone that I was a full-time graduate student. I was waiting for the day I would scrapbook my graduation page. Easter Beauty

Create a project using a bunny or an Easter project

For my project this week, I used Hydrangea Fairy from our sponsor Aurora Wings. I thought she was just gorgeous. But I wasn't sure what colors I wanted to use, so I started with the background mat and designer paper from... The greens and purples were perfect together, and the paper has elements of glitter and embossing giving it more texture. She became my Easter Beauty. 


In this close up photo, you can see that I popped her up off of her mat to give the card more dimension. The bow came in a pack for $1 at Michaels. The word, Easter, came from the Cricut, Artbooking cartridge, and the small purple flower is from my stash.
